At exup32, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

📦 14-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The product must be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

🔄 Return Process

Customers can initiate a return request through their order page or by contacting our customer support team at support@exup32.com.

Once the return request is approved, exup32 will arrange a reverse pickup through our shipping partners, subject to service availability in your location.

A reverse pickup fee of ₹49 will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of processing the refund.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.
• Products marked as final sale or clearance items, where applicable.

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still be returned under this policy after delivery.
